1 Member Eligibility

The ShioKambing platform is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements without exception. We take eligibility seriously as it concerns user protection and compliance with our platform standards.

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on any active self-exclusion or platform ban list.
• Not an individual with a conflict of interest in ShioKambing's operations, including employees, partners, or their immediate family members.
• Register under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

ShioKambing reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any balance in the account will be handled in accordance with our internal procedures.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at ShioKambing. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

2.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name as per your ID, an active phone number, a valid email address, and your bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes. A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is conducted to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is approved.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ShioKambing will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence. Please enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection — this feature is available in your account settings.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

ShioKambing supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

3.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Funds are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after successful payment.
• If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted — third-party payments are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30.
• The withdrawal process takes 15 to 30 minutes after the application is approved.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• ShioKambing reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Funds will only be sent to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your ShioKambing account.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by ShioKambing are subject to wagering requirements set separately for each promotion. You are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• ShioKambing reserves the right to cancel bonuses if promotion terms are found to have been violated or abused.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
• Certain promotions have a limited validity period — expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

5 Wagering Rules

ShioKambing offers a wide range of betting categories including Sports, Live Casino, Slots, e-sports, and instant games. Each category has specific rules available within the platform. The following general rules apply to all types of wagering:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances such as official event cancellations.
• If a sporting event is postponed by more than 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all related bets will be fully refunded.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used for calculating wins — no retrospective changes will be made.
• ShioKambing reserves the right to void bets suspected of being placed based on insider information or market manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ShioKambing platform and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering — using the platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Payment fraud — use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards, bank accounts, or eWallets.
• Game manipulation — use of bots, automated software, collusion strategies, or any technical means to exploit the platform.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account to circumvent limits, multiply bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Hacking or system interference — any attempt to access ShioKambing systems without authorisation.
• Threats or harassment — towards our support team or other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

ShioKambing reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without providing detailed justification:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or manipulation.
• Requests by authorities in connection with investigations or legal directives.

If your account is closed without any breach on your part, any valid balance will be returned to you within a reasonable period after the review is complete.

8 ShioKambing's Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShioKambing shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of your own betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or internet outages.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• Any act or omission by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ShioKambing values your privacy. All personal data collected is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
